Refunds, Exchanges, & Returns

To start a return or exchange please use our Return Portal

All items being returned must be new/unused (tags on if applicable), free of any scent, stains, or markings.  Please don't send back used or washed items. - if we can't resell it, we can't credit you for the return.  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

-If you opted for free returns coverage for $1.98 during checkout, you will not be charged for your return label.

-If you did not opt for free returns & exchanges, you will have the option to purchase a return shipping label with discounted rates.  

Free Returns Coverage:

Baja Leather is excited to offer Free Returns & Exchanges Coverage 

Upon checkout, you have the option to have free returns and exchanges by keeping the box checked for "Free & Easy Returns Coverage from ReDo($1.98)" which will be added to your grand total.

You can then return or exchange any or all standard items in your purchase free of charge within 30 days.

The only excluded (non-standard) items are heavily discounted "Final Sale" or "Bulk" items which will clearly list "ineligible for free returns" in red on their product pages.  

Standard Returns:

If you choose not to opt in to the free returns and exchanges coverage, no problem! You can still return any eligible product within 30 days for a refund or store credit.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and will have the option to purchase a return label with our discounted shipping rates.

Defective product? We'll cover it! Don't worry, just reach out to us and we'll make sure your stoke gets back up to a high level.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange a product for something else, we can do that too!

You can select an exchange and choose your exchange item during the return process.


FAQ's

How much is return shipping? 

This is a common question and every order will vary depending on location and weight. Typically for a purchase of 1-3 items the return shipping cost will range between $8-$15. 

What are the Non-eligible products for returns: Final Sale, Bulk Sale Products?

Any item ineligible for returns or exchanges will clearly state so in red on the product description. Examples include:

Final Sale Items / Clearance

These items are heavily discounted and due to the low price we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items. 

 

Bulk Purchasing / Events

"Bulk" listings which are several products grouped together for and offered at a large discount (i.e. wholesale purchases, purchases with 10 items grouped together and heavily discounted, etc.) are NOT REFUNDABLE AND ARE FINAL SALE.  We're sorry, too many people use these for their events and then try to return them used which we cannot accept - to keep our prices competitive, we can no longer offer returns on these heavily discounted bulk purchases.

For defective items, or incorrect items, we offer exchanges or returns. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery of any such issues with your order.

For non-defective/incorrect items: Exchanges are available for up to a week after delivery, assuming all items are still brand new. Buyer (that's you) pays return shipping and new outbound shipping on the exchange.

Returns or exchanges for any other reason on these Bulk items are not accepted. We're sorry, too many people use these for their events and then try to return them used which we cannot resell - to keep our prices competitive, we can no longer offer returns on these heavily discounted bulk purchases. Please contact customerservice@openroadgoods.com for any issues regarding a bulk purchase for these items.

 

WRONG ADDRESSES

For US orders: Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.

If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products less any return shipping we are charged, if applicable.  If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund. 

 

International Orders

Due to high international shipping costs, returns or exchanges on international orders are not allowed. All sales are final on international orders. Please enter your phone number during checkout for international orders in case there is an issue with delivery, address, or customs.
